Adam bought my house in Clinton MD, he kept his promises, paid cash and closed on my timeline and bought it as-is. We went back and forth, but we ended up settling on something that worked for both of us(I think it was a little better for me than him). My buddy's sister ended up selling his house to Adam when he passed in December of last year. And I also recommended another friend to him. (He pays a referral fee if he closes on your referral). If you're thinking of selling a house without a realtor, and don't want to pay closing costs, it wouldn't hurt to check him out! Stanley kaminski
