My husband and I have been renting from Budget Rentals for almost 6 months. They're quick to get maintenance out to fix issues when needed. The employees are always friendly and helpful when we go to the office. I recommend them when one of our family or friends are looking for a place to rent. We truly appreciate Budget Rentals!

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!! STAFF WAS SUPER RUDE!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! I sat and waited 30 minutes for a showing of a property that was rented out 45 minutes BEFORE my scheduled appointment. No one called to inform me the property was rented. When I called 10 minutes after waiting I was told “She’s on her way” and they hung up on me in my ear (the SECOND TIME THEY HUNG UP ON ME). Also, when I came into the office and asked what happened to my scheduled showing the lady at the front desk was VERY RUDE and NASTY to me. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. These are not people that you want to get involved with.They are VERY SHADY. These aren’t even people that you’d trust with your social, birth certificate, or first and last name. There’s plenty of rental companies that are trustworthy and professional such as SlateHouse, Elite, Sherman, Greencity, and Century 21, ect. Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH BUDGET RENTALS. I honestly wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Budget Rentals should be shut down completely!
