They stink big time, if anything goes wrong it's the tenants fault. They send incompetent people to fix anything if they send anyone.

They have been ok for a landlord for the most part. I do not agree with their late fees in the middle of a pandemic when people are struggling with income.

The kids that live across the street and next door on front street keep throwing their ball really hard against your garage door. They are also hitting cars. Then the parents come home n they run. Just wanted to mention that in case any damages to garage or property.nAlso I cant do all the weed trim myself. I just had surgery. The other tenants 2nd floor won't do anything. They even throw their trash off the balcony if it spills they won't clean it. Im too tired of asking people to be clean n help. Ya'll need to service the area. Mosquitos and ants everywhere.nTarget investors said there were no bugs. After 2 months roaches arrived. Im a clean person. Bleach all the tine. They must be from 2nd floor.

These people are so unprofessional. They advertise places then pick and choose who they want to rent them to! I'll be glad to take my money elsewhere. No way will I deal with people like that. I wish I could of gave them 0 stars but 1 was my only option.

Very responsive with maintenance requests Fair pricing on genuinely decent homes. My only negative experience with this company was their was a pest problem that both I and the company dealt with. Besides that they are very professional and responsive!
