Very friendly staff. Fresh sandwich made to order. What more could you want?
Only woman working in the restaurant was very rude to a Brazilian man in front of me because he was having a hard time ordering in English. She made rude comments about his language struggles and also gave a lot of attitude when I ordered with a friend. Very unprofessional service
So, apparently if you order during the day in Hyannis and it isn't convenient for one employee in particular, you'll not only find that everything that you PAY FOR to be doubled is in fact not doubled it will also be bathed in hot sauce. I will never step foot in this place again... Hint you should only have WOMEN working here.. You should fire everyone but the WOMEN if this pos is going to be messing with people's food.
I went in there to order 4 things. I understand that takes time but it should not take 20 minutes at an incredibly slow pace with a poor attitude and very little communication. The man behind us just walked out he was so fed up. The man was all around rude and just took his time without a care in the world. We were also waiting in line for 15 mins behind 1 PERSON
This place always clean and ready to serve. I had a great sandwich with ingredients that I choose; so I can control the amount I am eating. Fresh! Nice staff.
