The food was warm and it was really good from the Taco Bell part of this duo drive through. Barely any conversations with the employees, but they weren't rude. This is my second time going to this Taco Bell and I didn't experience any rude behavior nor mix up with my orders those two times that I have gone!
Went in to order to ensure items that were not wanted on food were not included but low and behold had to have to order remade...why is it so difficult theae days, no matter where you go it seems, to read a screen and make an item the way it was ordered? Or initially input an order the way it was asked for? Is there a comprehension issue when someone asks for something to not be put on their food? Lack of attention to such details could kill someone.
Every employee was wearing their mask correctly and distancing as we could see through the drive thru. The food was made correctly and hot. Downside, they forgot to throw in utensils for one of our bowl items and we had to swing back through to get it.
Check your food before you leave the window or you'll most likely find missing or incorrect items. Not sure if its staff changeover issue but something is up. 3x in row I've had missing items or when somehow a Steak Quesadilla Combo turned into Chalupa Combo after I was made to repeat order 3 times. My co-worker also frequents there and we've both decided to stop going as her orders have also been screwed up multiple times within last week. Check your food and receipt at window or you'll be sorry.
Ordered a meal of $33.50. Ordered after hours. Half of order received. Tasted stale and greasy. No one picks up the phone. Horrible customer service, how do they even stay open? 0 stars if I could!
