Jersey Mike's Subs

I called in to jersey mikes to try to find a receipt that I lost. I Spoke with Malachi on the phone. His customer service was great!! He tried to look up my receipt several times for me. He even went out of his way and triple checked to try help me out. He directed me to his customer support to see if they can find the receipt for me. I recommend Jersey Mike's to everyone, their food is great and everyone is always very respectful and friendly.

If you like genuine Italian subs. These are a close as you get out here in the burbs. Really good!

Horrible experience. I ordered two subs, giant cheesesteaks. Was going to get extra meat and cheese but that would have been $12!! Got charged $30 for the two subs. Walked out to grab McDonald's and came back 10 minutes later for my subs just to find out they were given away!! Had to wait another ten minutes for the new subs causing my other food to get cold. No apologies, just a sit tight we are making another.nnSub is Horrible. Going to continue to order from Bubba D's across the street.nnThis place sucks.

Fast service, I noticed several people were picking up orders. Great Italian sub.
