Heisers True Value Hardware

Stopped by the Heiser's True Value on Wednesday 20 June 2018. I asked the woman at the counter for a sale flyer. She informed me that didn't have a current one available. There was nothing on sale this week. I asked to see an electric power mower. Don't have any but they can order one. I walked out. Walked over to that pathetic Chinese restaurant and ended up walking out of there too. Next time I will avoid Orwigsburg all together.

Called to ask a few questions and was told that they didn't have time for it. Not happy and not very nice about it either. I would not recommend.

One of the worst hardware stores i have been in as it comes to customer service. I walk in and the cashier is too busy on her phone and didn't even reply when I said hello. The other guy in the store which I gather was her boss was not very friendly or helpful either. I had to say excuse me to get his attention and the second time I asked where the lighters were his response was with the grill stuff. He was obviously more concerned about his task at hand then customer service.

Very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful every time I've gone here
