I absolutely love my apartment and the location. Tiffany has been very helpful and kind. I’m in a premium apartment with all wood floors and washer and drawer which I love. When I first came here Caren was the property manager and she told me for the money I’m paying we would have all up to date and new appliances. Which we don’t. I told her on day one all the things that were wrong and not even half of it was fixed. For what I pay I was expecting things to be more modern and up to date as well as things being done properly. I also wish Larkin updated their other locations before building new properties. Although I love my location, the grounds keeping needs work. There are trees down, huge branches blocking the water drains and no amenities for how much I pay. They should consider trying to either lower rent or doing something for the tenets. A little dog park area would be nice since it’s pet friendly.

I would absolutely have no problem giving this place a 5 if things were better. I’ve complained about the noise several times and I’m told I’m the one who has to handle it instead of management. I pay for a premium apartment and I shouldn’t have to constantly complain about the noise that’s happening late at night. I love my apartment and the location but I HATE how tenets can basically do whatever they want and it be okay.

We've been living at the Hills at Lehigh for about 6 years now. It's such a clean place, pet friendly (not many places allow pets), very helpful and prompt maintenance team. And most important a very positive, lovely, helpful and accomodating with all your property needs, is an office manager/landlord Caren! Thank you so much, guys! My boys, our dog and I feel really safe and like a family there thanks to you!!!

My friend and I moved in Tuesday and we are absolutely loving it! Caren has been incredible and beyond helpful. Very quick to responding when needed and we got a cute welcome bag in our apartment with a special treat for my dog! Everyone in the complex is friendly and picks up after their pet. Maintenance is on top of everything, we had fresh carpet and paint before moving in. Everything you need in within a mile distance and just overall amazing. Definitely recommended!

I’ve had a positive experience! Caren and maintance are so helpful and accommodating! Very nice and close to everything! Clean and well maintained. Nothing bad to say :D
