Harbor Freight Tools

New harbor freight is not like old harbor freight. Maybe they have nicer quality brands, but they still carry bombshell disaster tools. You have to be careful about what you buy, which unfortunately means research. With old harbor freight, the coupons and lower prices meant you could break tools and not care as much. No research needed. Nowadays even regular consumables you have to check the price on. I bought white lithium grease there today - one can 10.5oz for $7, and another brand Blaster 11oz for $7. Later I see the 11oz Blaster at Home Depot for $5. Old harbor freight they would beat other prices for cheap consumables, now they cost more. The store was new and clean and had a ton of people there to help, but that's not what I want from harbor freight. I don't need help buying cheap tools. I need you to continue to offer the cheapest stuff possible. If you're going to mark everything up, then you're just another tool store and I'd rather shop online with reviews or in a department store when I need it buying other stuff.

Extremely disappointed in this location with inpatient and incapable staff and manager. It is understaffed so you have unnecessary lines when just one register is open.nnI had to return something that I bought less than 24 hours ago, because it was unusable poor quality and missing features that were advertised on the box, cashier wanted to charge restocking fee and was inpatient when I refused, she called a manager that was clueless, unwilling to help and inpatient as well. He sent me to Franklin Mills location to return my item, which is 15 miles away! Terrible service! I would never come there again or recommend this location when even manager is not willing to help.nnOnce at Franklin Mills, they laughed at the cashier and manager’s inability and accepted the return with no problems.

It’s a great store with lots of cheap tools. But you do have to keep the receipt in case something is cheap and does break.
