Excellent experience with Penn Crest from maintenance to the office overall. We lived here since 2015 and have enjoyed our stay due to the quick response from the office to the help provided by Luis in maintenance. Due to COVID I accepted a job transfer that enabled us to move and the apartments at Penn Crest made it a very good transition for us helping us with our move out date. An excellent place to live that’s well maintained and clean with plenty of space for dog friendly owners! Along with a pool and plenty of places to walk your dog(s) it’s also a safe community to live in due to the night guard patrolling late night to early morning hours giving much appreciated assurance in these difficult times. Overall I highly recommend living here if your looking for excellent price calm and safe community to raise and care for your family. If it weren’t for the pandemic affecting our personal affairs we would most definitely stay and continue enjoying our excellent experience with Penn Crest. 5 stars without a doubtud83dudc4dud83cudffbud83dudc4dud83cudffb

The assistance we received both moving in, and out due to job transfer was excellent. We utilized maintenance services during our stay with a same day response, without issue. The apartment was very clean upon our arrival, and washers and dryers are also well maintained. There is ample room outside in the complex to walk your dog! I would recommend considering Penn Crest Garden apartments if you are looking for a quiet, clean and reasonably priced apartment. Big thank you to Ellen, in the front office and Luis and his team in maintainable for making our time here comfortable, even during the pandemic.

We lived at Penn Crest for two years and loved it! The minute we walked onto the property, we knew it was home. On the way to meet Ellen, we saw they had a beautiful in ground pool and a playground. As we toured the apartment and grounds, we saw how the landscaping was well kept as well as the entrances to the apartments. We were well taken care of here. We saw how they cared for their people by making sure it was beautiful, clean, and safe. Throughout the year, we would get updates about new security measures they would take to keep our community safe. Also, their matinenance crew was awesome! Luis and the team work round the clock taking care of needs. Whenever there was an emergency, the guys were quick to respond. The things our family loved most about Penn Crest were the neighbors we had, the closet space (AMAZING), and a safe area to go on family walks. Our girls loved playing in the grassy areas. It was a wonderful place to call home. We recommend it to anyone we know looking for a place.

My family lived at Penn Crest Luxury Apartments for Some time and we had a great experience, from neighbors, to staff, and the area was just a positive experience. The appliances were modern and apartment was nice and clean when we received it. Staff is informative on things going on in the area and apartment updates. Definitely recommend Penn Crest Apartments.

Our Penn Crest apartment home has been wonderful-so wonderful that we stayed for almost 10 years! The staff is very friendly and responds to any issues or problems quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is also incredible-they always answer a call and take care of whatever needs to be done with a smile. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and the grounds were always very well maintained. And the pool in the summer was just perfect! While we having decided to purchase a home, we will definitely miss Penn Crest.
