He is personable as well as knowledgeable when it comes to homes and the real estate market. Brandi has been awesome from the start. She was very attentive to what type of houses we were looking for and very knowledgeable about the areas and school districts. She had an incredible eye to spot concerning things about a home but also things that would made a home have better value. I strongly recommend her as a realtor! She had our best interest in mind and was incredibly fast in responding to us. Thank you Brandi!! Your the BEST!!!

I am working with Brandi Szamboti and she is such a pleasant surprise compared to most other agents I have met. She listens and respects me without being too pushy. She has stayed in contact with me throughout this pandemic and is being patient while I sort out family issues with my mother’s estate. I highly recommend if you are looking for a down to earth realtor who cares and doesn’t look at you like just another sale.

I recently helped my father with the purchase of a new home. Brandi Szamboti was very helpful (ton of patience too) with setting us up with looking at different houses. She made sure to only show us houses that were catered to my father's needs. Brandi was extremely responsive and super polite over the phone and each time we'd meet up to look at homes. She was very informative about each property we saw as well as the area the houses were located. Brandi is very professional and was always willing to work with our schedules. Buying a home can be super stressful. Brandi was always upbeat, you can tell she loves helping people find homes. I would be happy to recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!
