Order got cancelled 3 different times when ordering UberEats. This location shouldn’t be an affiliate of UberEats if they cannot fulfill orders!

So I called before going to this subway to see if the honored the coupons mailed out for Harrisburg area. They said they did. I went to this subway and got a different answer when I tried to use the coupon on a roast beef sub. “We don’t honor the coupons on premium subs.” I reviewed my coupons and when I asked where the sign was outlining this subway’s policy on coupons I got: “There is no sign. It’s up to the owner. I just do what she tells me to...” seems like a poop show way to run things. This is the second subway that doesn’t want to honor the coupons sent out in the mail, but wants the business they generate. At least have the decency to be transparent. Put a sign up and don’t tell people one thing on the phone and another in person.

Clean and very friendly. Phenomenal customer service here, and our meals were at the same great Subway quality that one would expect!

It took 10 minutes for someone to come out and greet me from the back. My soup was luke warm. Not the best experience possible.
