Maria was a pleasure to work with and have as our real estate agent. As out-of-state buyers, Maria made it extremely easy to purchase this investment property. She offered excellent advice, answered every question and helped us make informed decisions. Maria is hands down the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She pays close attention to the details and is incredibly thoughtful. She maintained the professionalism needed to keep the deal on track while treating us like family. I can't stress enough that she actually cares about her client's needs and acts accordingly even if it may not be in her own interest to do so. I’ve known Maria Sapio for many years but, got to know her much better after seeking her advice on selling my mothers property. From the start, I knew she was the one to diligently get the job done. Her always pleasant attitude, negotiation tactics, sense of urgency, and tenacity are a great skill set when it comes to getting the job done. She handled our entire process from professional photos, listing, marketing, open house ( under contract in 5 days ) to sale in 60 days !!! Turns out Maria is not only the fantastic person I’ve known her to be but, she’s a rock star Real Estate Professional too !!! Thanks Maria

I have had the pleasure of working with Maria, and it is, indeed, a pleasure, because she truly looks out for your best interest. She is not all about herself at all and is completely focused on representing her client. Maria is hard-working, dedicated, intelligent and has a great personality that makes the whole process enjoyable.
