Our home was purchased from this group about a year ago in Carlisle. They were the owners of the home and their team renovated it prior to selling it. We have had NUMEROUS issues with the home. The quality of work was awful. When contacted about things that quickly began to happen, they had one excuse after another. Just be warned before you buy anything that they have been involved with, as these people cannot be trusted.

Working with Mike Neidlinger on the sale of our home was a great decision. He was easy to work with, quick to respond to questions, and did a great job with helping us to prep our home and pick a list price. He was also able to field multiple offers above list price and negotiate them against one another to get us a much higher sale price than we had expected. We highly recommend Mike and his team!
