I contacted Dave regarding an apartment I was interested in and later rented. He was a very cooperative and helpful landlord. He worked with me on leasing the apartment for less than the regular 12 month period since I was in the area temporarily. He was extremely prompt in responding to any issues in the apartment. No problem was too big or too small and all of them received his prompt attention. It was one of the smoothest move-in, stay, and move-out, I have had. Thank you very much, Dave!

Excellent Property Management!!! He’s has an excellent talent in balancing the needs of the renters and the owners. He’s prompted on all requests of the rental. He will personally come out to assist when called to do so. He is a rare gem.

Very very understanding and overall great person. Building is nice and rent is I believe at good price. I have been a tenant for about 4 or so years and have had absolutely no problems with other tenants and or him definitely recommend.

I have no bad things to say about my time as a tenant of Dave’s! Living on my own for the first time, I couldn’t have asked for a better landlord. Always easily able to get in direct contact with and would respond to any issue I had usually within minutes (even though issues with the property were rare). He is friendly, professional and super helpful! Being new to Carlisle he would even go above and beyond by recommending restaurants and new places in the area to try out! I highly recommend renting from Dave, you’ll be happy you did!
