Hey Nikki and Morucci Reality Family. I just wanted to leave a review based on my recent experience I had with Nikki and also wanted to thank her for being kind, open , honest. Those characteristics fuel better relationships. Should you need a place for your college student to reside for their school year I urge you to speak with Nikki from Morucci Realty. She was super down to earth, easy to talk to and straight forward. I recommend the housing for your student clean, very accessible, conveniently located. My son had a great time with his stay. Any parent should feel comfortable while their child is away at school and after my conversation with Nikki I felt safe knowing if I had any questions about my sons housing I could reach out to Her and she was willing to listen and address any concerns I may have had.nThank You Nikki.nnSincerely, Pete Z.

I am a Professor at Bloomsburg University. Renting an apartment from Morucci realty was a terrific experience. The apartment was beautifully renovated and very clean with a state of the art kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is beautiful and modern. Nikki was awesome! Any problems I had - and there were very few - were taken care of immediately. The maintenance staff is so courteous and very good at what they do. It was also a quiet place to live. I was in a house with 4 apartments. Parking was great. I highly recommend renting with Morucci realty!!

4 children in college, many many landlord's, none better than better than Morucci. Properties are clean, appliances new, and room sizes well above average. Small family held business; they care and respond when needed. I could only wish Morucci properties were near all my kids universities!

I very much recommend working with morucci, they have great pricing, they work well with you and your family. Every home and apartment is well kept and affordable! They care about you and finding a place that best fits you!

I have rented through Morucci Realty for the past two years and I have never once been disappointed! Nikki is a very fair and a down to earth landlord who really cares about her tenants. I highly recommend Morucci Realty to any Bloomsburg University student.
