We recently purchased our retirement home through Prudential Speicher Select. Sheree was awesome to work with and she knew exactly what we were looking for in a home. She gave us so much information on where to find the best mortgage rates, closing specialist, and even made a recommendation for the inspector for the home inspection. Everyone she recommended was knowledgeable and it just made things so much easier. Everything went so smoothly and we couldn't be happier with our new home! Their staff is so friendly and I would highly recommend this realtor if you are looking to purchase a home or sell a home in the future.

I wish that I can give him zero stars. Don Speicher is a miserable old man who promises to make things happen and he never follows suit. Very unprofessional and he gives you the run around and asks to email him and his assistant multiple times because apparently they are not on the same page. I called about the landlord-tenant lease agreements for all of my tenants that he said that he was going to take care of but he didn't. He asked me to email the information several times and I did but he never responded to me. I called and called and left messages but nothing. Last conversation was this morning. I asked him how was it going with my tenant's lease agreements he told me very nasty to find someone else and he hung up the phone on me after 1 month of giving me the run around. He's lazy and doesn't want to work. He should retire if he doesn't want to work with people. And God forbid you call him at 11:50am because his lunch is at 12 noon which supersedes any client. He'll tell you that he'll call back but I think he forgets to because of his old age. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. I PROMISE.... .
