Country Club

I have been living at the Country Clubs for several years and been through 4 different managers. Out of all of them Carlos has been the best. He is very attentive, solves problems quickly and is very courteous. The place is well kept, the grounds are always clean and they are quick to remove the snow so people can get to work quickly and safely. The apartments are spacious, with laundry inside each unit and plenty of storage room. The maintenance staff is also great and attentive. They have been taking great care of the place specially during this pandemic, always cleaning the common areas and making sure everything is running smoothly. Great location and quick access to hospitals, grocery stores and restaurants. All major food delivery services serve the area. Simply put: it is a good place to live in.

Been living here for many years now. Carlos is very attentive and responsive to any issues. Staff he keeps around are the nicest people you could ever meet. I'm sad to read so many negative reviews after what's possibly the worst winter storm this area has seen in decades. Management can only do so much with the amount of snow we've seen this year.

Nice complex but Carlos is horrible, he never follow through with anything he tells you. We just got a lot of snow and Carlos has done a horrible job with cleaning the lot, I moved my vehicle to clear my spot and he called me to make a big deal of me shoveling my parking spot and threatened to have my vehicle towed. He has done this to a couple people and he also hit someone’s vehicle while putting salt down and tried to say he didn’t do it. He is very unprofessional and rude to the tenants. Doesn’t get anything fixed and tries to threaten people with the police, eviction and getting your car towed. The complex would be so much better with a new landlord that actually follows through and doesn’t give everyone a hard time for everything

Carlos is the worst, I'm a disabled Veteran and tend to sleep a little late because of my meds. When It started to snow, Carlos calls me in a disrespectful way making threats that hes gonna tow my car if I dont move it from the middle. And how my car is the only one there. How can anyone know its snowing if they are sleeping. When I adress him about the situation, he didn't care. He started with his excuses that my car was the only that wasn't moved. I told him a was going to call the cops and make a report. On top that this place is overpriced, Carlos has no manners and want everything done his way.

Carlos initially said that everything was perfect and that our application would be mostly accepted when filling out the application. When we filled it in and paid the fees, we were rejected with just a call! They didn't even send an email! It is unprofessional work. When we asked why?He said, they did not tell me, and when my roommate call him to find out the reason and requested the official number, the line was closed!
