Elevation Burger

The owners are very nice. Food was good although I wasn’t a huge fan of the chicken sandwich. It was still good, though. I’ll be back to try something else.

I... am in awe. Vegan burger... most delicious thing ever. Whether you’re non-vegan or vegan, you will ABSOLUTELY enjoy this place. Wow.

Place is a joke and will never order from here again!!! Ordered food through grubhub and for some reason it was placed as pickup not delivery. Called grubhub and they said there’s nothing they can do about it, call the store to see about a refund. I was told no I have two choices either find a way to come get my food because they will not remake it for tomorrow or lose out on my money. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Let me start by saying I love Elevation Burger, but this location isn’t so great. I have been here many of times and like the food, but since the pandemic started the owner has gotten really cheap. It’s usually an older woman working the register (she is always very friendly), and I believe the owner making the food. The owner is so cheap and skimpy on everything. You ask for extra pickles, and you get 2 pickles. Toppings are skimpy. The ketchup he has changed to the cheapest ketchup you can imagine...It’s like water with a little ketchup in it. I got multiple orders of fries, asked for ketchup and he responded “I guess”. And then he gave 3 ketchup packets. Really??... 3???...do you know how much ketchup is in there? I decided to leave a review after I recently had a chance to visit a different location down near philly and they were so nice, were not weird when I asked for extra pickles & a bunch of ketchup packets were already in the bag!!
