Joe ( the salesman) was very friendly and eager to answer all of my questions. He said everything would be done in a day, and it was !! I cannot say enough about the installers ! Justin, Derrick and Keith you are amazing !! They were very professional and friendly! They did a great job and did it all in a timely matter. There was no mess at all. Actually my basement was cleaner when they were done then before they started. I would definitely recommend this crew of men to anyone looking for a new furnace!

Joe was the man came out and answered all of mine and boyfriend's questions about installing a new heating and air unit. We decided to go with Countryside because of Joe's knowledge and honesty. He was not about selling what we didn't need, he told us exactly how it was and explained why. Justin and Derrick were very professional from beginning to the very end especially with the cleaning up after themselves. They took their time to make sure it was done properly and even took the time to show us how it all worked and asked if I had any questions. I will continue using them in the future but hopefully just for regular maintenance. Thank you

Joe, Chris, Justin, Brad, Bryan and Keith from Myers Chimney were AMAZING!!! Chris came out to service our boiler and was honest about it not being able to service it effectively due to the age. Joe came out to go over options with us and we chose to go with a new and more effective boiler and we also went with a indirect water tank which keeps our water hot at all times. Justin was the lead installer for our boiler and did a fantastic job! Brad and Bryan are the plumbers who came out to make sure everything was ok and that was a FREE service with Countryside! Keith from Myers Chimney Service installed a new chimney liner for the boiler and was great! All 6 of these men were very professional and concerned about our needs! I HIGHLY recommend Countryside Home Services for their impeccable professionalism, honesty, and great quality of work! 5 stars here and 2 thumbs up here!

Not only did they show up same day, ( scheduled for a later date and then got a cancelation and called me back) but when technician discovered that my chimney was dangerously built up he called a service he was familiar with and they came right away also. I woke up to no hot water and within a few hours I had everything restored and a safer more efficient overall system. Technician was polite and explained everything till I understood.nIt could have been a bad day but turned out great ud83dudc4d

Countryside knocks it out of the park every time they do work for us. Absolutely fantastic. Chris was very professional and extremely knowledgeable . Explained everything he was doing and was going to do. Pricing is the most competitive in the business. We are Countryside for life.
