I had a clog in my basement tub that I couldn’t reach with a snake. The technician came out and cleared it in less than a half an hour. He discussed what he did, what he saw and how I could keep my pipes clear in the future. It was suggested I get a camera down in the pipes. We scheduled that the next morning. The tech took the time to show me what he was seeing and suggested some options for future maintenance. He explained financing options and what would they could do. There was no pressure to commit on the spot and he was very patient with all of my questions. I highly recommend their service
Shane was an a amazing help today!! Personable, knowledgeable, quick, efficient. I am very happy with his service! Not only did he fix all three problems when I was only expecting him to do a quote, but he was at my house within 40 minutes of my call.nThank you for sending him out!
Shane was great. I called this morning for my kitchen sink draining SLOWLY and he was here by mid afternoon. When snaking the drain didn't resolve the issue, Shane kept on looking for the solution. One air valve later, the sink is as good as new. I'm sorry I had the sink of mystery and who knows how it worked as long as it did without an air valve.nnDefinitely calling RotoRooter again. Just hopefully not anytime soon. I'm tired of plumbing issues.
Bought a fixer upper discovered several plumbing nightmares but it wasn’t anything mike and his team couldn’t handle. They were able to repair all of the plumbing in the house in a timely professional manner. Would recommend to family and friends. Will be using again in future.
Technician was extremely friendly and helpful and explained to us what was going on. The response time was amazing! Very happy with this service. Five stars!
