Misty Creek Village

The person was really sweet. The home were very nice.

Best thing New Oxford could have done. Seems like a wonderful community with out of town atmosphere. Yet convenientmy located to meet all the needs. Beautiful.

I just moved out and I will say Misty Creek Townhouses are fantastic overall. It is a nice quite area the other neighbors are friendly and respectful. The property is very well maintained in the summer and the winter. This is a great place overall and they take great care of it. I liked the gym, and a place to walk around, plus you are close to Gettysburg and Hanover within 10 minutes.

Its not a gated community. Homes are not very soundproof. The gutter you have to go over to get into a parking space is made fir monster trucks not a car. No office on premises so you have to call the office in Lancaster for everything.

Misty Creek Village is a pleasant, quiet community that offers a community center building with a fitness center and community room for all the residents. It is in a peaceful part of New Oxford within walking distance to the local small shops in the area. The homes in this community offer upgraded kitchen appliances with granite counter tops. There will be a dog park and playground coming later this year as well as a walking path around the community. This is truly a great place to live.
