Great haircut and lots of products. Good value for the salon, but the products are pretty expensive. Overall a positive experience!
Every time I go into this Ulta location every single person working there is always incredibly helpful. They don't just try to sell you the most expensive thing they actually listen to what you want and give you what you need.
My daughter goes there. She loves the place. She's pretty picky. So if she loves it. Then it must be awesome
I did a return for items purchased in store that I paid cash for, I also wanted to exchange a product I had purchased online. The rude chic behind the counter did all the products on one return and put it back on a card I do not own. The cash I paid was $60 here it is a month later and numerous calls to the store and even customer service who have done NOTHING!! So now I have no product and no refund. I will never go to this location or any others for that matter ever again and my friends agree!! Now I know why I like Sephora better!! I just want my damn money!!
I like this shop. People are very friendly and are always eager to help. Selection of makeup, skin care, hair and bath products is huge. I always found in stock what I was looking for. I have been going here for years, but I tried their beauty services yesterday for the first time. I booked a haircut with Samantha. Online booking is super easy and convenient and I got an appointment for the next day. Samantha was awesome and I love my new hair!
