So my youngest has gone here a few times. She got 8 inches cut off this time and the girl did great. My oldest needed a trim as well. Unfortunately hers was AWFUL. Many pieces of hair were much longer than others. Sone weren't even cut at all. I had to make them completely redo her hair. Other than this one bad cut... Which turned into an excellent cut... I highly recommend for kids. I cannot speak for adults because I haven't gotten my hair done there before
Just got my hair layered. Even when she asked if I'd like to make it thinner she was okay with me saying yes. No complaint. Gave 5 dollar tip! She was so nice especially with conversation.
Amanda and Anna Maria are regularly great with my son. When we first started going he was kind of shy but they chat with him and now he looks forward to going. He has hair that grows quickly and sometimes unevenly, is a bit curly, and they always clean him up and make him look good. They also seem pretty positive despite being expected to multitask (answering phones, welcoming customers). Seems clean. Pretty busy but wait is never terrible. Magazines are regularly updated.

Not at all happy with my son's haircut. The lady who cut his hair did not straighten the hairline at the side and back and left it all over the place. The cut was also not uniform across the top and sides. Will not go there again.
