Billy and Anna run this Nail Spa. You couldn't ask for anyone nicer or more accommodating. If your nail chips a few days later (only happened once), they will gladly and happily fix it for you. I have been going here ever since they opened, and would never go anywhere else!
Didn’t have a great experience. Just went in for a simple manicure and left with my skin cut on most of my fingers. The process of the actual manicure was all over the place. They offer back rubs while your nails are drying and the lady who did my nails sneezed into her hand and then proceeded to rub my back. She was pushy with sales.nnAlso they kept their instruments in “sterile bags”, but I use the same bags at my medical practice and they require an autoclave for complete sterilization. I could be wrong, but I don’t see how those tools can sterilize in the pouches without a proper autoclave. Wouldn’t come back.
