Karen Packard was an excellent realtor to work with throughout the entire home sale and purchasing process. Our family has a young daughter, so finding a great house during one of the hottest markets and selling/moving all during Covid was no simple task. She walked us through all of the steps and was very patient when our interests changed during it. We cannot say enough good things about Karen even down to picking up evening calls on multiple occasions to discuss strategies. Our family ended up finding our dream home and selling our other home within 2 weeks of each other. Karen’s hard work and enthusiasm helped us tackle this achievement.

Karen Packard is a skilled, knowledgable and professional realtor. Our house may have been among the smaller houses Karen has ever sold, but to us it was THE MOST IMPORTANT “home” we have ever sold! She treated us and the sale as if it were just as important to her. Karen came by the house long before we were ready to market it, and answered our questions. Then we watched, as she professionally and skillfully organized the onslaught of potential buyers that first weekend. When our first buyer pulled out at 1:30 one afternoon Karen had two more buyers lined up by 4:30 that same afternoon! She was available 24 hours 7 days a week. Her response time was minutes! We highly recommend Karen Packard.

She has a lot of knowledge a lot of years of experience. She will be my first person to go and look for when I need to buy a house. She also teach.
