Driers DO NOT WORK.Called and told him and got the runaround that driers are fine. Shouldn't take more then 2$ to dry a medium load of laundry. Left a slip for money back and never got it. Won't go back
I like the convenience of the Ultrawash. I like the fact they have not changed to cards. And I think they are clean for the amount of traffic they get. But they prices are WAY WAY WAY too high. Way too high. Half the time something happens or your clothes don't dry in an hour! So its a waste of money. If not I would use it more. So I hope that extra .50 cents you get is good since you lost many customers.
