Great customer service great quality the 2 women working there are always pleasant great experience

Last weekend, I dropped off a white linen shirt which had wine and coffee stains. When I picked it up, NO STAIN and linen shirt no damage and looked like new. One and half year ago, I stopped using this cleaners(Sarni Cleaners) due to no punctuality and no good quality. Now I found a big change in this store and they are now under new management. So they also changed the name to Utopia Cleaners. I’m going to use this cleaners. Highly recommended!n(If it was under former management, I might give them only 1star.)

Find it hard to believe that companies still have such bad vision towards customer service. The pick up took 3 emails to schedule, and have now been trying to get my clothes back since Thursday of last week (today is Tuesday). No phone call that there was a problem with my CC. I understand that things happen, but blaming the customer that it was my fault that the CC did not go through (got a new one and they had an old on file) is unacceptable. 1 phone call would have solved it. And then no dropoff on Friday (no explanation) or Monday is beyond comprehension.nThey assumed my office was closed- again not a phone call, email or text-that is just laziness.nnFor being located in a business district, these guys have no sense of urgency or what customer service means.nnI will not be using this establishment or service again. You should not either.

Lifesavers, no doubt. They have a key to my house, they pick up my laundry and bring it back sparkling clean and neatly folded, sometimes on the same day!!!! I've been using them for about three years and they have never so much as lost a single sock!!! Totally reasonable prices too- I feel like it costs the same if I go to the laundry mat and do it myself!!!!

I'm Sarni I ever used them! I wish I could rate them negative 356 stars. I dropped off two bags of laundry for wash and fold service at their Financial District location on a Tuesday and was told they would be ready for pickup on Thursday. After Thursday came and went and I hadn't heard anything I called them on Friday afternoon. The person I spoke with couldn't find any record of my laundry in their system, but promised to check in with one of their other locations and call me right back. Long story short, it took 5 additional phone calls between Friday and Sunday to find out where my laundry was (being promised I'd be called back after each of them, but never getting any return call). When I finally did get an update they said the laundry wouldn't be ready until Wednesday at the earliest.nnWhen I finally got word that my laundry was done (on Thursday), I picked it up but they were missing one of the bags and had no idea where the rest of my laundry had gone (there was also a random stranger's shoe amidst the randomly assorted laundry). When they found the other bag at another location (in the North End) I asked if they could deliver it to me, which they said they could probably do the following week (nope!). Instead I had to drive back into the city at rush hour to pick up the remaining bag before they closed.nnThe best part is that they promised not to charge me due to the total cluster-F, but when I checked my bank account there was a charge from them. Now I have to dispute the charge and waste more time because of their incompetence. Seriously, do not risk having all of your laundry lost or ruined by these idiots.
