This place is always nice and clean. The machines are fairly new and always in order. Restrooms are spotless. Machines of all sizes available. Parking lot can use a bit more lighting at night, especially in that area. Always at least two attendants on duty doing weekends.
My clothes were washed, dried and folded in a little over 24 hours. I dropped off three large bags. There was some discoloration which makes me wonder if the clothes were separated accurately and washed using the appropriate temperature of water. My garments also feel quite rough so I don’t believe they use fabric softener and if so, it’s not enough. That said, the people at the counter provided great customer service, helped me use the new online coupon system and were overall very friendly.

My wool coat was missing. I couldn’t find it to attend a funeral. l had forgot l had put my coat in dependable cleaners just before the pandemic, so l called dependable cleaners up and left a message asking them was my coat there and they called me back a few hours later and told me it was there. I was so excited to hear my coat was still there after almost a year later awesome service!
Staff will tell you when your wash is done. I could only lug one load at a time to dryer. That's why I didn't empty the washer. Also be prepared to move when the staff has to mop the floors. I prefer a smaller Laundromat to a big corporate chain.
