I contacted Biohazard PRO to help with my mom's place. She has dementia, is a bit of a hoarder, and while things look clean on the surface, every inch of her cabinets are packed and unsanitary, making it extremely difficult to make meals for her. Sal reached out, and he was kind, compassionate, and made me feel like he truly understood what I was going through (we must have been on the phone for almost an hour talking about my mom's situation).nnI was ready to use his service, but after I showed him pictures and a video, he advised me to use a deep cleaning service instead. Though he was certain Biohazard PRO could do a great job for us, he told me a deep cleaning service would cost significantly less. He didn't have to be so candid, but he wanted to make sure I didn't pay more than I needed to pay. Many people would have put money over empathy, but not Sal, and I very much appreciate him!!!

Earlier this year there had been quite a bit of blood loss from a trauma scene at one of the Boston properties we manage. We called Biohazard PRO and they came right out to take care of it. I would say that they were worth the money, but we didn't have to pay for it because insurance did. Highly recommend this team because they not only seem experienced but they were super nice and willing to help. If I could give more stars I would.

We called Biohazard PRO to take care of urine and vomit in one of our cars. We called a few car detailing places and they wouldn't even do it for us. The odor was so bad we didnt think anyone could get the smell out. Sal the manager proved us wrong. The car was not only very clean afterwards but they got rid of all the odor too. This company is worth every penny, they know what they're doing.
