I would highly recommend Brad at Blackstone Valley Heating and Plumbing. He always kept me well informed with when he would be at the house working.nBrad installed a brand new high efficiency boiler with an indirect water heater. Woke up to no heat Saturday March 21. Fearing colder weather to comenCalled Blackstone Valley Plumbing and Heating. Spoke with Brad who told me he was able to come right away. He quickly fixed the problem, had the part on hand and was willing to rush to get the part if he didn't have it on the truck. Brad is very professional and knowledgeable. I was so grateful to have the heat back.
Brad is knowledgeable, meticulous, prompt, efficient. (Even his estimates and invoices are down to the penny!) I was looking for a plumber who genuinely knows how to repair and maintain old steam heating systems the way these heating systems were originally designed by the old-timers. I discovered BVP on a home renovation website. Brad expertly serviced my newer steam boiler, assessed the old steel steam piping and original cast iron radiators. He is patient, will answer any questions, explains the reasoning behind the repairs he makes.
Called on a Saturday, came by my house within 2hrs as promised, diagnosed the problem, replaced the necessary parts - had the heat back on in a jiffy!
Brad is wonderful, knowledgeable and trust worthy. Highly reccomend
