Food was GREAT! Fries the best! Prices were befitting the quality, and to be completely honest, the $2 or $3 extra we paid over the pricing of McDonald's (our typical go to) was so WELL spent.

I love Five Guys sooo much, but the Sutton, MA location has messed up our order time and time again. The receipt is correct each time, but the burgers themselves are not. The toppings are all wrong and half the time there’s no bacon, which we always order. It’s disappointing because we absolutely love the chain and this is the closest location to our house. If it was once or twice I’d happily move on and chalk it up to a silly mistake but this happens too often for me to want to order from here again. :(

The food is great ! The milkshakes are phenomenal! The crew is amazing and so full of energy ! You definitely get your money's worth in good too. You do not go away hungry that's for sure !!! Overall amazing good experience !!!

The best burger ever at lunch today. Five Guys are making every effort to protect customers in this Covid 19 era. The cooks wear masks and gloves. The order window is fronted with a plastic window. Their traditional drink machine is shut down to eliminate unnecessary touching for drinks. Bottled drinks are offered. Tables have printed notices to keep customer off this creating good spacing. Lastly, free peanuts are gone to eliminate more unnecessary touching. Kudos to Five Guys for serving great burgers in a safe environment.

great service! great food for a chain ! I ordered a milkshake and I wanted to add in strawberries after I ordered, the girl who helped me was very pleasant about it and didn't even bat an eyelash at request, so sweet ! keep up the good work guys !
