Julie Savoie is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Unresponsive and the excuses were never ending. After requesting over a dozen extensions and having me restart my application half way through the home buying process (computer issue) I ended up losing the house I was trying to buy. Her manager Kevin Richardson, wasn't much better. Also full of excuses. Maybe that's just how they do things at Conway Financial? Do yourself a favor if you are looking for a lender and go somewhere else.
