The ladies at LXL Realty are very wonderful, attentive, and great customer service. During this seller's market where prices are very high and the market is limited, Linda and Lauren held my hand through out the whole process. It took 8 tries before I was able to purchase a house. They never discouraged me and gave me the motivation to keep trying. Best real estate agent. Highly recommend.

From start to finish Linda and Lauren were right there for us.nWe went away for a week on vacation and planned an open house for that first weekend, we had 4 offers above asking before our plane landed!nOur house was under agreement before we got home from that trip.nThe rest was easy because L&L handled the transaction for us while we were in the midst of a move to South Carolina.nHighly recommend, Linda and Lauren will make it happen.

I had the best experience with this team! They helped me buy my dream house in 2019. Not only did they help me through the entire buying process they kept me informed and up to date on everything. So when I wanted to sell that house I called them and they sold my house WAY over asking price which was amazing!!! I can’t say enough great things about this realty power house!!!

As a first time home-buyer, it can be a bit overwhelming--or so I heard. However!...the LXL team were absolutely incredible in taking the time to fully understand our priorities for our new home and always kept our best interest first! Linda & Lauren were not only VERY quick to respond to all of our requests but to also set up showings, and ALWAYS educating us on every little detail along the way so we never felt lost. They took the time to sit down with us on multiple occasions and presented to us materials we would be seeing in the future so we could ask questions up front and always were prepared for what came next. They had the most perfect way of explaining in simple terms the home buying process that someone (me!) with zero experience in real estate could understand. On the stress scale- this was about as easy as first time home buying could possibly be. We are THRILLED with our new home and the meaningful touches from the LXL team! Thank you!!

The entire team at LXL has been amazing to work with. The housing market right now is overwhelming and exhausting, but Lauren and Linda jumped right in and never stopped working until we found our dream home. We had a tight timeline with a third baby on the way, and wanted to list, sell, and purchase a new home within a few short months. The team at LXL exceeded our expectations - they were honest, transparent, and incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. While I am not quite sure when the team sleeps, it was beyond appreciated to have quick response times to all of our questions and urgency on their side around the tight timelines in this market. Throughout the closing process, Mary Pat was amazing with her frequent email reminders, check ins, and keeping us on track with all that we needed to get done for both the sale and the purchase.nnIf you are looking for a dream realtor duo on the South Shore, we cannot recommend the LXL enough.
