I placed a medium size order in Pembroke store, waited about 40 minutes. I made it clear on one of the steak sandwich I ordered no cheese. What happened when I got home cheese on the steak. My husband can't eat cheese. The drive to the store from my home is 20 minutes so I won't go back. I called and they offered a free regular size when I come back. I ordered the giant size. We won't be back. How how can you mess this up when you wrote it down!!! P.s. the peppers they use are not the fresh green peppers, I believe they are from a jar or can they have a pickled taste. You get fresh green peppers in New Jersey. Onions too. Yuck. I'm from Jersey I know my steak sandwich
Not recommended. They are not ready for rush hour yet. Decided to use a coupon and get three subs. Called in the order but they didn't start until I got there. Struggled with following the ingredients listed on the slip, got interrupted to ring the register, and we're generally very slow in the assembly process. The subs were disappointing, we do better at our local non-chain place, which typically cost 1/3 of what we paid.
Both times I have went to this location I have experienced a problem. The first time they messed up my order(which was fine no problem) but the second time I went to use the free sub coupon that says no purchase necessary and the woman said I owed $3. I mean if there wasn’t a line I would have asked why she was charging me. If the coupon says no purchase necessary why am I being charged? She didn’t if specify why I was being charged. I have never experienced a problem with the Plymouth location, and I go there at least once or twice a week. I was excited to have one near my house but I can drive the extra 10 minutes to go Plymouth.
Do yourself a favor and call ahead.nPeople are friendly.nSubs are good
