I really appreciated Rafael's help! He was really ready to work with me to find a solution to our heating problem that worked for me, which took explaining what the issue was and helping to figure out some different paths forward. When some warranty parts were late arriving from the OEM manufacturer, he came late just to get the heat running on a Friday night. I tried to give him a tip and he would not take it. I told him that he almost lost a star for that. ;)nnI also want to give a shout out to Maury, who helped us out last year. Maury had a really similar, excellent attitude. Thanks Maury, you're great!
Maury and Winters were awesome. We had a boiler emergency. Maury even had to come back once a couple of hours later when we noticed the system was still acting up.nGreat service - highly recommend.
Our heating system stopped working & having used Winters in the past for plumbing issues called them. They responded immediately assessed the situation, got it working until a permanent fix was made next day! Love this company, have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends
