Convenience in Versailles for fast food, not a bad deal for the cost. Driveup window service welcoming, and the server was smiling too! A rare occurrence all to often these days - especially in the fast food industry!

We stopped in yesterday and ordered lunch and had the worst service ever. The girl at the window was so rude ( and that wasn’t the first time of rudeness). The order was completely wrong after repeating it twice. Nothing was fresh. The buns were not fresh and were hard. The fries were cold. The worst experience ever with fast food. Versailles Arby’s really need to get their act together. This isn’t the first time going there and getting bad service and bad food.

Sandwiches suck . Expensive and not worth the money. DQ is better.

I drive a semi truck. I walk to front door called in my order and they walked it out. Thanks for the help Arbys!

Upper tier fast food. They indeed have the meats.
