We are first time home buyers and Mr. Manish has been extremely patient in helping us find the one. He has in-depth knowledge of local towns in Massachusetts. The selection of houses that he presented to us was as per our needs. He as always been on top of new and upcoming listings which made our task of finding a house much simpler and smoother. Additionally, the most uplifting aspect of working with Mr. Manish is his excellent customer care. No matter what kind of doubts we had at any time during the day and even during holidays, he has been very punctual and responsive. He was not only pivotal in finding us the right home, but also guiding us through the entire process of home buying. We would definitely recommend him as an excellent real estate agent.

I didn't get to see Manish's Knowledge or patience, in fact i experience exactly the opposite. I contacted Manish last night for house listing in Mansfield (689K) showing my interest to see it. He called me back this morning asking if i have the pre-approval for 689K. I told him i have it for 625K and getting it for 689K should not be a problem and requested him to show me the house first. He was adamant and said it would be waste of time if he show me house and later i don't get approval, I feel that was offensive and rude behavior. I feel its highly unprofessional, absurd, and judgmental behavior. I would not work with him or recommend him to anyone.

Manish was referred to me by my cousin primarily and one of my colleague , so much so Manish had lived in same apartment complex where I lived when I was doing my home hunt (and where my cousin/colleague once lived) . Manish comes out as very down-to-earth, helpful realtor with personal touch and tons of patience. Right from open-house till the closing day- he not only tolerated my nonstop barrage of questions with utmost dignity & patience but answered them full heartily and to his full knowledge (which is very abundant) .He helped us with his vast network of all people needed to smoothen the journey right from putting an offer to closing - mortgage guy, lawyer ,home inspector . He was our primary interface with the seller agent and always relayed our concerns to other party without hesitation. At times when going through fears as to-be first time home owner he would go above and beyond with facts and information to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I never had any reservations to ask even the minutest and silliest of questions to him & was looking up to him more as a friend/guide. He never once got irritated with the dumb questions of wannabe-first-time-home-owner.Not only hes an excellent realtor - which he is beyond doubt he is a thorough professional and genuine gentleman! Even after the closing he is in touch with me proving that I was more than just a client for him and the relationship he has made with us didnt end up with we buying the home and giving him buisness . I still dont hesitate to ask him any questions that I encounter in my journey as home-owner which he pleasantly replies to. I would not only recommend Manish as A+ realtor but some one whom you ll end up having a relationship beyond your buying/selling of your home/land.
