I recently moved into the Burlington Reserve and I absolutely love it here!! The office staff is so polite and helpful, they made my application and move in process go smoothly. Plus they are super nice to my dog Kanela (so pet friendly). Special thanks to Brittany, Brianna and Mitchell they have been amazing! Maintenance also rocks!nI definitely recommend this place!!

Since moving into this upscale apartments building, I have had a most favorable and enjoyable experience. It has been a pleasure getting to know the staff at the management office. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure I have what I need for my apartment. The amenities in the building, the parking garage and the neighborhood make it living here extra nice. Overall, my experience here has been nothing but superb and I am glad I chose this place as my home for my family.

My boyfriend and I were one of the first 5 occupants when this building opened last November. We are two weeks away into moving into another unit in the same building. All positive things to say about living here. Especially how dog friendly this place truly is. Both of my dogs are welcomed by staff and other residents with open arms. The staff know you by name, and it’s one of the friendliest apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The amenities are great, and have yet to have any pressing complaints or issues with the apartment itself or with other residents. If community and very pet friendly is important to future residents, this is the place to be.

Ah... I must be dreaming or I died and went to The Reserve. I’m home. Big thanks to all that helped me get into my beautiful apartment! Brittany in the office is fantastic as is Management. I love it here

I love the convenience and the location of the apartment. I love the onsite gym, it's pretty large compared to other apartment gyms that I had seen (very modern with a yoga studio). The other amenities are great such as the business center, recreation area. There are also beautiful gardens outside. My only problem is the noise level. If you have noisy neighbors and your bedroom is next to their living room...that's a problem if you are trying to get to sleep.There does not seem to be a solution for that. Other than that, it has everything I want, it's a secure building with modern amenities.
