Horrible service. My son's coat was brought in due to the fact we did not want it ruined by being washed at home, but instead it was ruined by the cleaners. Had to numerous amounts of times before speaking to management. Management never followed through with any sort of FOLLOW UP . While they they dont delay the fur was ruined at their location, they state because they supposedly read the label they are not to blame. So they agree they ruined the coat and somehow they are not to blame?
Never been so disrespected in my life! Poor management skills. So disappointed!
Job well done. I have been going to John Anton's cleaners for few years now and, every time they got it right. I don't mind paying extra 1-2 dollars for an excellent job.
Excellent service
I sent a close dry cleaning on Friday morning at 8 a.m. and I was adviced that the clothes would be ready by 5pm. I got excited because I have a wedding on Sunday when she ensure me that the clothes would be ready at 5pm(if not, I would've taken the clothes to another laundry).nnI come in at 5:45pm and with rudeness by a girl that works there told me that I had to wait until Monday for the clothes to be ready.nnDont go to this laundry, they dont have a good customer service and their turn around time is not accurate.
