Sara Carpenter is a great real estate agent. I was 'ready' to buy a house, but not just any house, she worked with me to find the right fit and didn't try to push me into something that wasn't right for me. She has an excellent knowledge of the Louisville area market. Even though the sale has been completed, she continues to be a great resource and has good advice for a new homeowner like myself. The saga of my home purchase was long and confusing, but she helped guide me through and we made it through closing. I would highly recommend her to anyone, she works hard to get you into the right house and won't disappear once she has been paid.

I would recommend Sara to anyone, as she was not only professional, but personable, which made the process of buying a house less intimidating. She was not only extremely attentive to our needs but also helped us find a great house at a wonderful price which fit all of the criteria we were looking for. The contract that she drafted for us was invaluable in terms of savings and providing us with a fair platform to begin our homeownership. She continually answered questions that we had and was also proactive in making sure that we were getting great value for her services.
