Only experience this problem this one time so it may be an isolated problem. But I used mobile check in for my hair cut and arrrived on time with only one person ahead if me who was done approx.10 min. after I arrived yet I was still waiting outside(due to covid)for another 40 min when I looked in the window I see both employees laughing and chatting at the computer and quickly act as if they're busy. Long story short I waited 45min for a haircut with no one in front of me. I think I can find a better deal.
Just had haircut by Rebecca. She did great job. She showed me products to help add volume to my thinning hair. She even showed me how to use them. Great experience. I ended up buying both products. Will definitely be back for Rebecca to cut hair again. Thanks so much!!
So my wife finally gets a haircut after about six months or longer, walk in and tell the (Danna) she would like to have it cut just a little below her shoulders, so once she done I drive up to the door to pick her up and my wife hair was cut off up to her ears How hard it is to listen to what the customer wants. Looks like to me they need more training. Sorry, but not sorry
There's only a couple stylists there now, so the wait is a little long. But it's convenient and my hair is cut!
Great service. Followed health guidelines. Much needed cut. Cecil did a great job.
