We had JP come out this morning to fix a clog that we had in our upstairs bathroom sink as well as replace the flex plumbing that was in there with legitimate plumbing. JP was very personable and got the job done quick. This is the third time we have used Allen's Plumbing and have always felt taken care of/not taken advantage of. They have always been honest and straightforward, which we really appreciate. I would highly recommend them and their services.
JP was very professional and personable. He looked at the situation, checked outside for any outlets, explained to me what he was going to do, and gave me an estimate before starting to work on it. He worked meticulously, checking in with me his progress and letting me know when he would be finished. When he was done, he showed me what he did, water flowing and draining, toilet working!
Aloha,nToday I had my new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal installed by Justin Alcos. Who did a great job and even went above and beyond on his customer service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the new and existing fixtures. He was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely call again for any future plumbing jobs.
