Maui Plumbing answered our desperate need for plumbing assistance with our washer and dryer. Although a bit more expensive than some of the other quotes I received, I decided to go with this company based on their responsiveness, prompt estimates and scheduling, trustworthy staff, professionalism in my home, and cleanliness. I’ve worked with this company on a professional and personal level. When I found myself in a situation with no carpenter, the staff at Maui Plumbing went out of their way to recommend a carpenter that they use on their projects to assist in getting my project done quicker. I hired Maui Plumbing to fix a leaking toilet in one of my vacation rentals. They were very responsive and got the job done right away. Jamie was great to deal with, called to tell us what the problem was and what it would cost once he assessed the situation. Our invoice included a very detailed description of the work performed and even pictures which I really appreciated as a remote owner. I would highly recommend them!

Worked with Jami. He stopped by my property and gave me a quote. The quote looked good, I said ok, he then stopped by my property two days later installed three outdoor showers that all support both hot and cold water and easily added a modification on at the end which I really appreciated. These guys (Jamie, Seth, Ryan, Ben, Angela and Robert) were terrific. I had a broken p-trap that had to be replaced. They had to cut thru my old tile. Then They had to tear out my 50 year old tub and replace it and change over to single shower valve. They were very timely, professional yet friendly and they clean up after they are done! That’s the first time any workers have done that! I felt the price was reasonable for a very big job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help and will definitely use their service in the future!!

They were very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything to the customer so that you understand exactly what is wrong and what they are going to do to fix it. even after you sign off on the time they spend with your plumbing issue (meaning they are not on the clock anymore) they are willing to help talk you through an issue (I'm sure that would be within reason depending on the time available). they do good quality work and will make sure they do it the right way, the first time. no BS.
