Raymond arrived on time and got to work. He fixed a leak in my shower caused by an old cartridge that needed replacement. He also replaced my toilet flapper. It was very old which had disintegrated to nearly nothing and he replaced my toilet handle that had broken off a year ago. He is professional, kind and respectful. The work he did today was quick and precise. I highly recommend All Aloha Plumbing’s Technician Raymond. You won’t regret! The guys showed up half an hour ahead of my quoted appointment. They were fast and courteous. I got a call from their dispatcher letting me know they’d be there earlier than expected, which was awesome. Will definitely call them again if I need other plumbing work done.

Ray was very professional and cordial. I felt very comfortable and confident that he would do a good job repairing my problem which was a leak in my wall. His work looked very neat and I would definitely want him back if I ever needed a plumber. I give him an A+ for a job well done!

From the moment I made the call to All Aloha Plumbing, I knew I made the right choice. The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I explained we had a leak from the pipe at the meter box and she immediately sent a technician, Kenny, to our house to inspect. Kenny was kind, professional and honest. Since we needed the County to turn off the water on their end, we decided to wait until the morning to start the work since it was close to the end of the work day. Still, He prepped the spot so it would be ready for work the following day.nnKenny and Gerald promptly showed up at 8am and went straight to work. Not only did they fix the leak, they also recommended a water pressure regulator and a new shut off valve to help prevent the same problem in the future. Since they were already here, we took the opportunity to ask them to take a look at our sink and shower that have low pressure for over a year. It was an inconvenience, but something we had been putting off. They quickly remedied and explained what was causing the issue so we could use them again with regular water pressure.nnLastly, we asked them to take a look at our water heater. Upon inspection, they explained that the water heater was damaged and was leaking hot water and suggested it get changed as soon as possible. Knowing this would take time, we thought it was be scheduled for a later date. They were happy to do it the same day, understanding that a hot water leak can drive up our electric bill drastically. They replaced the water heater as well as the piping.nnThe crew at All Aloha Plumbing were skilled, helpful and knowledgeable plumbers. We are extremely pleased with the work they did and the enthusiasm for their work. We truly appreciated that they would take a moment prior to completing a task to first provide a quote and get the okay to proceed from us. We would highly recommend All Aloha Plumbing to our friends and family!
