Colin’s the man. Efficient, informative, laughs at my dad jokes, super knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond for us. Even today just cleared out a rat’s nest for us no issue. I 100% know who to call if we ever have a problem again.nnI also need to mention all the super courteous, friendly and helpful receptionists I’ve called. Each one has been patient, accommodating and easy to talk to. You all set the example of what proper customer service should be.nnSteve’s Plumbing is crushing it! Keep up the great work!

We just had a very good experience with a service technician here in Maui for the first time in 7 years.nnAnyways, I requested a quote online from Steve's plumbing services. I got a response quickly from a very friendly voice and we scheduled a time for a technician to review and assess your repair request. The technician came, assess my request, gave me the total cost upfront and that is it. Painless.nnI specifically like to mention that the technician that came over is Victor Zuber and will definitely request for him when plumbing services is needed again.

As a real estate professional, I depend on reliable vendors to get many things done, but when it comes to plumbing, I rely exclusive on Steve's Plumbing on Maui. I have used them numerous times in the past but today I called them for service at my house. Matthew was extremely professional, thorough, explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner and did the work timely. Highly recommend.

Steve's Plumbing Service was a smooth experience since day one. I sent an inquiry online over the weekend and was promptly contacted to set up an evaluation. The specialist that came out, Colin, showed up on time, wore booties and followed all covid protocols which I greatly appreciated. He quickly identified the issue I was having and provided me with an upfront quote. The company charges by the job and not by the hour so you don't have to worry about guessing how much a job will cost. More importantly though, Colin listened to and answered all my questions and taught me some simple fixes for the future. He also provided me with a peace of mind, which is priceless. I would highly recommend Steve's Plumbing Service (and their specialist Colin).

The short version is ‘Steve’s Plumbing is the best’. We were totally impressed with their professionalism and their commitment to get the job done right. We had a major plumbing problem in our house involving extensive piping in a hard to access area and I couldn’t imagine how it would be done. Their ad says ‘No problem. Call Steve’s Plumbing!’. I did. It is an accurate ad. They came out the same day I called (Friday), gave me a fixed price quote that evening, and started on Monday. It was finished by Friday. They showed up on time each day. The Technicians (and they truly are) were invariably polite, respectful, all in uniform, and obviously proud of their ability to solve difficult problems. No smoking, no bad language, and no loud radios. Except for some noise under the house we would not even have know they were there. They even fixed a couple of unrelated issues they came across. When they left, it was like they hadn’t even been there. They cleaned up everything, even the trash under the house that no one would ever see. As a businessman, I am so impressed by the training and motivation of these workers that work as a team to do things right. Not to be forgotten is the office staff that were most helpful, cheerful, and polite and always called to let us know when the Technicians would be there each day. They are truly part of the team! I will never call anyone except Steve’s Plumbing. They are that good.
