I had a very pleasant experience there, the staff were genuinely caring and understanding. The counselors were kind and actually listened to what I had to say. It's a bit of an old building but the classes are excellent, I learned a great deal and have carried it with me in my long-term recovery. I'm proudly 64 days sober and it wouldn't be possible without this incredible treatment facility. I'd recommend it to any who are struggling and actually Want a real second chance at a sober life.

My cousin had to go to triumph and the the staff showed favoritism towards patients and manipulate patients into turning against eachother. They told her if she didnt apply for TANF and EBT that they would write a repot to her cps case worker that she was in non complience which in return would seriously hurt her case as far as and the threat of cps taking ones child away for non complience is extremely nerve wracking not to mention heart breaking. The reason they were so insistent upon her applying for TANF and EBT is because they said that her insurence pays for her, but not her baby and the money from TANF is to cover her baby and the EBT is to pay for food. Triumph is advertised as a treatment facility that is for mothers and their children amd it is paid for by insurence. What is a mother supposed to do when she gets out of treatment and has no money to get housing or food because her ebt money is gone? And then they told her if she doesnt get housing that she has to stay for an extra 2 months, well her money from TANF was spent by the facility!!! This place is beyond terrible its unsafe and something needs to happen, please do not send your loved ones here

This place is terrible well inspiration's is the PPW program is a joke The parent educator lies to cps workers the best thing that could ever happen from this place is it being shut down there are 2 hours of class a day its a joke if you dont have a cps case when you get there you will when you leave if you have your kid with you upon admission you wont walk out with them the staff is a bunch of liars

The Triumph trailer is cringe worthy when you know they're not selling what they're advertising.nnTo any Potential Client or Employee, Save yourself the trouble and stay away.
