Jake is a great person to work with! He has a great understanding of the market and an eye for value. While many realtors I've found here have no idea about what it will take once owning a home, Jake has experience with contractors and costs on a wide range of renovations. This I hear because you can get a quick sense of what things will take on an initial walk through. With the crazy market here he is great at finding places that can be a dream home within budget. He is an invaluable partner when trying to find the perfect, or soon to be perfect home.
