Daniel guided my wife and I through buying our first home through some wild market conditions. We toured and offered on a number of homes, for each Daniel did incredible due diligence and offered strategies for our consideration. His expertise is apparent when working with him, and he has a lovely balance of advising with his background of knowledge but also letting us sit with the decision. I think he did a wonderful job of meeting us where we were at, especially because I think he knew we weren't at the right spot yet but that was something for us to figure out on our own (wanting to offer too low, being too nitpicky in negotiations for market conditions etc). Kind, great communicator, responsive, professional, knowledgeable.

Daniel is a very knowledgeable real estate agent. He was very patient with us in our process of finding the right homen(we had a lot of tough to find parameters). His professionalism, yet friendly demeanor makes it him easy to work with. Not just for us but he also created great relationships with the listing agents to give us a more thorough expectation when thinking about going in on an offer.

Daniel helped me buy my first home. I was in the process of relocating back to the area and Daniel did multiple virtual walk throughs in advance to maximize my house-hunting time when I arrived. He’s responsive, accessible, and knowledgeable. He’s also a great negotiator which came in handy when the home appraisal was off. Would definitely recommend him!
