Thank you for the outstanding service and craftsmanship. David Company did a great job. They are available for any of your question anytime. They will try their best to go with your budget. Through the design process, Kelly showed me material samples and explained to me the difference between material price and durability. Be honest with you. we saved some money working with David Company. We are extremely satisfied & impressed by their entire team of tradesmen. The friendliness and professionalism was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be using them on future projects.

I’ve used this company for several projects including two complete ground up dental offices that required extensive preparation and design. David company not only did the design but also did the build. This combination is a game changer and helped tremendously in lowering cost and increasing quality. Kelly was fantastic to work with. We remodeled our dental office a few years ago and Kelly worked with us on both the design work and construction for the project. His decades of experience were evident throughout the entire process. He showed a high level of foresight and was very honest and excellent at communicating any potential hiccups along the way. This set us up for our expectations to be exceeded when things went even more smoothly than anticipated. His team finished the project early and then had me go through with a fine tooth comb and identify any areas that needed to be touched up. He sent a crew out the next week and addressed each of my concerns in a single day. It's been 3 years now and his work is extremely high quality. We have had no issues with any of the work his team did. I would highly recommend him for any project.

Having been in the construction industry I was anticipating problems and delays when we built out our physical therapy clinic. Fortunately, I hired Kelly. He took care of everything, from the design work, permitting, and construction. Kelly had great ideas for materials, color schemes, etc. and we've had nothing but compliments from our patients. He always followed through. Most important, he was trustworthy and a great person. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great contractor.
